 Serves on the committee in a strategic capacity. As Club Secretary, he supports the club’s governance and decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with league requirements and long-term goals. While not involved in day-to-day operations, James plays a key role in overseeing major decisions and maintaining the club’s overall direction and structure. 

 Manages both the Men's First Team and the Under-14s, providing leadership on and off the pitch. In addition to his coaching responsibilities, he oversees club operations to ensure alignment with league regulations and the club’s long-term goals. His role bridges team development and organisational structure, helping to maintain high standards across both youth and senior levels. 

  Recently joined the club, bringing ample experience from his work with community football clubs in Australia. As  Chief Club Officer, he focuses on building strong foundations and growing the club’s presence both locally and beyond. His leadership plays a vital role in driving the club forward  creating a sustainable pathway for success on and off the pitch. 

 Oversees the growth and wellbeing of the club’s junior teams, ensuring they thrive on and off the field. Richard supports coaches, parents, and players by championing the club’s values, maintaining compliance, and fostering a safe, positive environment. He plays a key role in developing pathways, organising events, and strengthening community connections, helping shape the future. 

 Responsible for shaping and sharing the club’s story across digital platforms. He manages the club’s social media presence, creates engaging content, and leads marketing efforts to raise awareness and connect with fans. His role is key to growing the club’s profile, attracting supporters, and building strong community ties. With a passion for football and digital media. 

 Manages the club’s financial affairs, overseeing budgeting, accounts, and financial reporting. Pete ensures the club’s finances remain transparent, compliant, and sustainable, supporting the long-term health of the club. whilst also contributing to critical decision making around operational matters.
